Most of the people that you admire for their success in life and/or business did not make it on their own. If they are a business person, celebrity, athlete, or entrepreneur they most likely have a mentor, or mentors, who guide them on their path. Some people are fortunate enough to have parents, grandparents, family members, or friends who act as mentors to them in integral aspects of their lives. Rob Z himself is mentored by various people in his personal life, and various people online. You need to find the mentor(s) who are the right fit for you. Where can you find the people who will help you access the best version of you? One excellent opportunity is by joining a Mastermind Group.
The Mastermind Principle:
“Two or more people actively engaged in the pursuit of a definite purpose with a positive mental attitude, constitute an unbeatable force.” - Napoleon Hill

In 1937, Napoleon Hill wrote the famous book Think And Grow Rich. In the book, Napoleon Hill shares lessons he has learned while spending years researching more than 40 millionaires. He was on a mission to find out what made them so successful. In chapter 10, Napoleon reveals the “Driving Force” for all of the success he had studied. That driving force is the power of the mastermind.
“A coordination of knowledge and effort, in a spirit of harmony, between two or more people,
for the attainment of a definite purpose.”

- Napoleon Hill

“A group of up to 10 people who build close relationships and actively cooperate in helping each other overcome challenges and reach new heights in life and/or business.”

- Rob Z
The great Jim Rohn said, “we are the average of the five people we spend the most time with”. The concept behind the LIT Inner Circle mastermind group is to empower and uplift people who are ready for positive growth in their life. The LIT Inner Circle’s mission is to bring you closer to those people that can transform your life, while you simultaneously transform theirs.
WHAT HAPPENS IN A MASTERMIND GROUP?
Everyone in the mastermind group has something very important to offer. Each member brings their own unique set of skills, knowledge, life experience, and wisdom. Members are encouraged to share advice, lend support, brainstorm, discuss personal issues, and impart their knowledge with other members. And as a reminder, this is not a class. There is no “teacher” and “student”. We are all the teachers and we are all the students. There is a facilitator in the group whose job is to keep conversations on track and productive, but they are equal with everyone else. The beauty of the LIT Inner Circle is that you are able to come, learn, contribute, grow, speak the truth, and expect the value you give to come back to you in return. Everyone involved benefits greatly by this meeting of the minds.
WHAT ARE THE MAIN BENEFITS OF A MASTERMIND GROUP?

GET THE HELP YOU MAY OR MAY NOT KNOW YOU NEED
Life is difficult if you don’t have a good support system. You may have your family’s support, the encouragement of friends, or the comradery of your workplace, or you may be tackling this life on your own. The truth is, it can never hurt to have more honest support in your life. The support is considerably more effective when it’s coming from people who have a similar mindset as yourself. One of the greatest resources a mastermind group can offer is the opportunity to lend a hand, give advice, vent, open up and also celebrate life’s victories.
SOME THINGS TO THINK ABOUT BEFORE YOU JOIN
THE LIT INNER CIRCLE MASTERMIND GROUP
CAN I BE HONEST WITH MYSELF?
To obtain the maximum value of a mastermind group you have to be objective about where you are at in your life currently. It is very important to take time for yourself to really take an honest look at your life and/or business as it is now. Being humble, honest, and realistic will give you a good perspective and leave you more open to ideas that could help you do better and be better.
\HAVE I FOUND MY LIFE'S PURPOSE?
Wow! What a big question to tackle, but it’s so important. How are you going to get what you need out of life if you don’t know what the purpose of your life is? This is something you should be thinking about on your own, but you will also be able to refine and better define in the LIT Inner Circle mastermind group. Your purpose, once you set it in motion, will direct every decision you make. Your purpose must be the guiding light for your personal life and career. Understanding your purpose will help you get the most out of the mastermind group, and will also help you to offer the most to other members.

AM I SETTLING? SHOULD I BE AIMING HIGHER?
A great mastermind group should not necessarily be a group of peers. A great mastermind group will have a variety of people at different levels in different aspects of life. Everyone in the group should be a master at their particular craft, specialty, or ability. The unique knowledge and experience of each individual member will elevate everyone in the group's understanding of that person's particular area of expertise. You must be around people who live their passions every single day.
Some historically famous mastermind groups include:

-
“The Inklings” - a group of writers and poets including CS Lewis, JRR Tolkien, and Charles Williams that spawned the creation of The Lord of the Rings and The Chronicles of Narnia.
-
“The Vagabonds” - Henry Ford, Thomas Edison, President Warren Harding and Harvey Firestone.
-
Walt Disney had the “9 Old Men” who were the iconic team of Disney animators who made many classic movies.
-
At age 42, President Theodore Roosevelt began a white house mastermind group called "The Brain Trusts" during his presidency.
-
Andrew Carnegie credited all of his wealth to mastermind groups he was involved in.
-
And the OG of Mastermind Groups - King Arthur and the Knights of the Roundtable.

The list could go on and on.
